(1) Homemade Spicy Tartar Sauce
Tartar sauce is widely used in world-class restaurant dishes, and you can make one for yourself too with a hint of spiciness to it.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
List of Ingredients:
- onion, minced
- 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled, chopped
- 1 tsp. of iodized salt
- 2 cups of mayonnaise, reduced fat
- 2 Tbsp. of dill pickle relish
- 2 tsp. of cayenne pepper

Methods:
1. Using a bowl, mix all of the above-mentioned ingredients well.
2. Cover and store in a refrigerator.

(2) Homemade Hot Mango Peppa Sauce

List of Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. of sesame oil
- 1 tsp. of sweet curry powder
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 2 mangos, peeled, deseeded, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. of ginger, grated
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 5 habanero pepper, chopped, deseeded

Methods:
1. Using a saucepan, heat oil to 300 C to saut pepper, ginger, and garlic; season with salt and curry powder.
2. Transfer mixture to a blender, add mango cubes and blend till smooth.
3. Pour blended mixture into a saucepan and simmer until consistency thickens.
4. Let it cool and serve.
(3) Homemade Chili Sauce
Make your own homemade chili sauce and adjust the spiciness level to your desired taste.

- tsp. of chili powder
- tsp. of all-spice, grounded
- tsp. of garlic powder
- tsp. of onion powder
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. of brown sugar

Methods:
1. Using a bowl, pour tomato sauce, vinegar, stir in brown sugar, all-spice, garlic powder, and onion powder; whisk everything together.

(4) Spicy Avocado Sauce
Add some spice in an avocado fruit by making it a spicy avocado sauce, this homemade recipe originated from the households of Mexicans.

- Pinch of iodized salt
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, quartered
- 2 Tbsp. of cilantro, chopped
- 4 serrano chili peppers
- 5 tomatillos, husks removed

Methods:
1. Using a blender, blend serrano chili peppers, tomatillos, and cilantro till smooth; add 1 quarter of avocado one at a time until fully incorporated.
2. Dash in salt and continue blending till smooth.
3. The spicy avocado sauce is best partnered with Mexican flautas, tacos, corn chips and the like.
(5) Homemade Sriracha Aioli Sauce
Sriracha aioli is a spicy sauce that is partnered with seafood and fried/boiled/baked potatoes. This all-around sauce is easy to make and you save a fraction of money compared to the store-bought alternative.

- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. of sriracha hot sauce

- cup of white vinegar

- 6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 6 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 18 Scotch Bonnet peppers, deseed, sliced

1. Using a saucepan, heat oil to cook peppers, onion, salt, and garlic; stir frequently for 5 minutes.
2. Pour water and cook for 20 minutes while stirring frequently until the ingredients are tender; remove from heat and let it cool.
