    • Two Cups Or Rolled Oats
    • Three Tablespoons Of Blueberry Jam
    • One Teaspoon Of Honey
    • One Half Cup Of Milk
    • One Half Banana

    How to Make:

    • Place the oats into a bowl along with the milk and honey and heat in the microwave for around two minutes. Once the porridge has been heated, leave it to cool for around sixty seconds.
    • When the porridge is cooled, spoon in the blueberry jam and mix well until a purple shade begins to overtake the porridge.

    F ried eggs and tomatoes might not sound the most exotic but lets face it, youre working with a tight budget and sticking with simple foods are best. You can easily make a fried egg with some lightly fried tomatoes and even though, its not the healthiest of breakfasts, its one of the best! This might not be fancy but its tasty and so appealing.

    Ingredients:

    • Two Slices Of Whole-Wheat Bread
    • One Medium Sized Tomato (Fresh)
    • Two Fresh Eggs
    • One Teaspoon Of Butter
    • One Teaspoon Of Olive Oil (Or Vegetable Oil Whichever You Prefer)

    How to Make:

    • Wash the tomato and slice into thin segments and leave to one side for the moment.
    • Take a skillet pan and heat the oil. Once the oil has heated, crack the eggs into the pan and fry for three or four minutes. Dont forget to add the tomatoes when the eggs are almost ready.
    • As the eggs and tomatoes are cooking, take the whole-wheat bread and butter.
    • When the eggs are ready, add onto the bread along with the tomato slices.
    • Youre ready to serve but you can also add a little bit of ketchup sauce if you really want to!
    • Enjoy.

    A simple fried egg sandwich can be great no matter what time of the day you choose it. If you cook the eggs just right, then youll get a lovely and very tasty dish!

    Chocolate and Banana Toast

    N o-one can get toast wrong but you do have to be wary of your cooking times! Depending on your desired toasting requirements, you probably want to stick to maybe a low toasting temperature.

    • Three Tablespoons Of Chocolate Spread Or Almond Spread Whichever You Prefer
    • One Ripe Banana
    • Two Slices Of Bread (White Or Whole-Meal, Its Your Choice)

    How to Make:

    • Take your bread slices and spread the chocolate or almond spread over the two. Both almond and chocolate spread can offer a great taste and while it might not seem very nice, it can be wonderful.
    • Peel the banana and slice into thin segments.
    • Add the banana slices onto the top of the chocolate spread and place the bread onto a toasting tray and lightly toast for two or three minutes.
