The Recipes

Let's start simple with this easy to follow pumpkin pie recipe. Allthe spices used in the recipe will give the pumpkin pie maximumflavor, making it the perfect dessert for next Halloween.
Ingredients:
Preparation Time: 1 hour - 1-1/2hours
Servings: Makes 8 - 9 servings
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Put all the ingredients except the pie crust in a blenderor food processor. Blend until they are completely smooth.
3. Set the pie crust into a baking tray. Pour the pumpkinblend into the pie-crust and set it smoothly.
4. Bake the pie for an hour or until a toothpick comes outclean after being inserted in the center of the pie. Chill andserve.
2. Chocolate Pie
After the spicy pumpkin pie, it's time for something sweet andscrumptious. So, here is another easy pie for you to make, thistime a chocolate-flavored one.
Ingredients:
1 pound silken or soft tofu
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pre-made 9-inch graham cracker crust
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
Preparation Time: 40 minutes - 50minutes
Servings: Makes 8 servings
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Blend the tofu in a food processor or with an electricmixer until it is completely smooth. Add cocoa, vanilla, sugar andvinegar to the tofu and blend until everything isincorporated.
3. Set the pie crust into a baking tray and pour thechocolate mixture into it. Bake the pie for 25 minutes. Refrigeratefor an hour and serve.
3. Apple Pie
Using just a few select ingredients and following a simple method,here is another recipe you can try. The classic apple pie withoutany extra fat and calories, and completely vegan.
Ingredients:
4-5 cored and sliced Granny Smith apples
1 9-inch pre-made pie crust
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup softened vegan margarine
1 tsp. grated nutmeg
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation Time: 1 hour - 1 hours 15minutes
Servings: Makes 8 servings
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Slice the apples very thinly. Set the pie crust in abaking tray and place the apples in it. Dot the apples with half ofthe margarine.
3. In a separate bowl, stir the remaining half of margarineinto the spices and brown sugar. Mix everything until a crumbledmixture is formed. Put this on top of the apples.
4. Bake the pie for 45 - 50 minutes or until the apples areextremely soft. Check by piercing the knife in the center of thepie. Chill and serve.
4. Sweet Potato Pie
All of us simply love to have double crust pie every now and thendue to its classic appeal and extra crispy texture. So, here is adouble crust sweet potato pie recipe that you are surely going tolove.
Ingredients:
3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled andsliced
1 cup water
1/2 cup white sugar
tsp. salt
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
