Ingredients:

  • cup cinnamon chips
  • 1 cup licorice root, dry & chopped
  • cup chamomile flowers
  • 2 tablespoons whole cloves
  • cup orange peel, dried

Directions:

1. Mix everything together in a medium bowl & store the mixture in a glass jar in a cool place.

2. Now, over moderate heat in a large saucepan; mix 2 cups of cold water with 3 heaping tablespoons of the mixture.

3. Bring everything to a boil. Once boiling, decrease the heat to low & simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.

4. Pour the tea into a large teacup using a strainer. Serve & enjoy!
