1 tsp. rice vinegar

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

1 tsp. grated fresh ginger

12 ounces fresh green beans , ends trimmed

Directions

Mix the first 7 ingredients Using medium bowl. Add green beans and toss to coat. Let rest 5 minutes.

Add half of green beans in Air-fryer basket. Air Fry at 390 for 8 minutes, opening and shaking Air-fryer basket halfway through.

Repeat with the leftover green beans.

Air Fryer Broccoli Chinese Sauce Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 whole broccoli crown

avocado oil spray

1/2 tsp. garlic granulated

a pinch of salt to taste or to taste

1/8 tsp. pepper or to taste

1 tbsp. olive oil

6 clove of garlics minced

1 tbsp. ginger, minced

3/4 cup water or broth

2/3 cup coconut aminos

1/3 cup rice wine vinegar

1/8 cup cane brown sugar

2 tbsp. cornstarch

1 tbsp. sesame oil

pinch of red pepper flakes spicy

Directions

How to make Air Fryer Broccoli

Wash the broccoli and next cut the florets off with the stem attached. You want bite-size pieces that are good for dunking, almost like wings.

Spray or drizzle avocado oil onto the broccoli and next season with the garlic and salt and pepper.

Add the broccoli on the top rack of Air-fryer basket and next air fryer for 8 minutes at 375 F, tossing once in between. If you only have one just cook as is, but you may need to increase or decrease the cooking time, according to how well the air fryer cooks.

Once the broccoli is done remove and Add it into a serving dish, serve as desired.

How to make Chinese Garlic Sauce

Sautee the garlic and ginger with the olive oil for up to 15 to 30 seconds.

Add the water or broth, coconut amino, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Heat continuously until boiling and next reduce the heat to medium-low.

Mix 1/8 cup of the mixture with cornstarch and next pour it into the sauce.

Cook the sauce with the cornstarch mixture, stirring often continuously until sauce thickens. Once thickened its serve hot.

Let sauce to cool before refrigerating.
