This is a salmon dish you can make during your next family barbecue. Grilled to perfection, even the pickiest of eaters wont have anything bad to say about this dish.
1. First, prepare the glaze. To do this, add all of the ingredients into a medium saucepan set over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until syrupy.
2. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper.
3. Then preheat an outdoor grill to medium or high heat.
4. Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper.
5. Place the fillets onto the grill and grill for 4 minutes on each side, making sure to brush with your glaze during the last 4 minutes of cooking.
6. Transfer the grilled salmon to large serving plates. Drizzle with the remaining glaze and serve right away.

List of Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- teaspoons of rosemary leaves, fresh and chopped
- teaspoons of thyme leaves, fresh and chopped
- 1 tablespoon od white wine, dry
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons of whole grain mustard
- Cooking spray
- 6, 6 to 8-ounce salmon fillets
- Dash of salt and black pepper
- 6 lemon wedges, fresh

Instructions:
1. In a food processor, add the cloves of garlic, chopped rosemary leaves, chopped thyme leaves, dry white wine, extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard and whole grain mustard. Blend on the highest setting until smooth. Transfer this mixture into a small bowl.
2. Add the remaining whole grain mustard and stir to mix. Set this mixture aside.
3. Preheat the oven to broil. While the oven is heating up, line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Grease with cooking spray.
4. Place the salmon fillets onto the baking sheet and season with a dash of salt and black pepper.
5. Transfer them to the oven and broil for 2 minutes.
6. After this time, spoon the mustard sauce over the salmon fillets.
7. Place back into the oven to broil for 5 minutes or until the salmon is golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove and serve immediately.
Recipe 3: Grilled Salmon with a Sherry Glaze and Tomato Relish

- 1 cup of vinegar, sherry
- 2 Tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- cup of honey
- 1 tablespoon of ancho chile, powdered
- Dash of salt and black pepper
- 4, 6-ounce salmon fillets
Ingredients for the tomato relish:
- 2 tomatoes, ripe and chopped
- 2 Tablespoons of Spanish onion, diced
- 2 Tablespoons of parsley, fresh and chopped
- 1 teaspoon of pepper flakes, crushed
- cup of vinegar, red wine
- cup of extra virgin olive oil
- Dash of salt and black pepper

Instructions:
1. Use a medium saucepan and set over high heat. Add the sherry vinegar. Cook over medium heat until reduced to cup.
2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl add the vinegar syrup. Add the Dijon mustard, raw honey, and powdered ancho chile. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper. Stir well to mix and allow to rest for 30 minutes.
3. During this time, preheat a grill to medium or high heat.
4. While the grill is heating up, brush the salmon with the premade glaze. Place onto the grill and cook for 3 minutes on both sides.
5. During this time, make the relish. To do this, place all of the ingredients for the relish into a medium bowl. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper.
6. Remove the salmon from the grill. Serve immediately with the tomato relish.
