What is keto ?
In the simplest terms, the ketogenic diet is a form of diet that encourages a diet with a dietary routine that asks you to follow a low-carb diet plan that is high and moderately full of protein.
That said, the primary goal of the program is to reduce your daily carbohydrate intake so that you can influence your body to reach a state known as "ketosis." As soon as you can do that, your body will actually turn into a fat-burning machine!
But keep in mind that there is a certain macro requirement that you should know while following a Keto diet, in short:
Take 15-30% calories from your protein
Take 5% calories from Carbs
Take 60-75% calories from fat
However, this may vary from person to person, so these are not set in stones.

Asian-Inspired Deviled Eggs

What things do I need ?
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons of sesame oil
1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon of mustard Dijon
1 teaspoon finely grated ginger root
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
roasted sesame seeds
1 green onion, thinly sliced
How to do ?
Place eggs on an air fryer rack or stand with enough space between them for air to circulate. Set the air fryer temperature to 260 degrees F (125 degrees C) and set the timer to 15 minutes. Close the fryer.
Remove the eggs from the air fryer and place them in a bowl of ice water for 10 minutes. Remove the eggs from the water, peel them and cut them in half.
Carefully scoop out the yolks and place them in a mini food processor. Add mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, low-salt soy sauce, Dijon mustard, ginger root and rice vinegar. Process until thoroughly combined and blend has a creamy, mousse-like consistency.
Fill a piping bag with the yolk mixture and divide it evenly into protein halves until they are full; you can also use a spoon for this. Garnish with a dash of sesame seeds and green onion.

Frittata

What things do I need ?
1/4 pound breakfast sausage, fully cooked and crumbled
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup grated Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese mix
2 tablespoons red pepper, diced
1 green onion, minced
1 pinch of cayenne pepper (optional) cooking spray
How to do ?
Combine sausage, eggs, Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese, bell pepper. onion and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix to combine.
Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees C (360 degrees F). Spray a non-stick 6x2-inch cake pan with cooking spray.
Place the egg mixture in the prepared cake pan.
Cook in the air fryer until frittata is set, 18 to 20 minutes .
