Ingredients: 1package of linguine 1tablespoon of olive oil 1pound of ground turkey 16ounce jar of tomato sauce onion, chopped 1cup of bell peppers 1cup of mushrooms 1cup of pepperonis 4cups of mozzarella cheese
Directions: Boilthe linguine according to the packages directions or until the pasta is aldente. Drain and set aside. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and brownthe ground turkey.
Addthe tomato sauce, mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper. Spray the slow cookerinsert with a nonstick cooking spray. Ladlein one-fourth of the meat sauce, then one-fourth of the linguine, one-fourth ofthe pepperonis, and 1 cup of cheese. Repeat the layers until the ingredientsare used. Cover and cook on low for four hours.

Ingredients: 1pound of ground beef pound of Italian sausage 2tablespoons of garlic, minced 16ounce jar of tomato sauce 1package of fresh lasagna sheets 2cups of mozzarella cheese 2cups of parmesan cheese 1egg 1tablespoon of dried oregano Directions: Brownthe ground beef and sausage in a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat. Stirin the garlic. Drain any excess grease and add the tomato sauce. Remove fromheat and set aside. Combine mozzarella, parmesan, egg, and oregano.
Stir themixture well. Coatthe inside of the slow cooker dish with a nonstick spray. Use kitchen scissorsto cut the lasagna sheets to fit inside the slow cookers. Ladle one-fourth ofthe meat mixture into the bottom of the dish, then place a pasta sheet on top.Spoon one-fourth of the cheese sauce on top of the pasta sheet. Repeatthis pattern, ending with cheese sauce on top, until the slow cooker is full oflayers and the meat and cheese mixtures are used completely. ServingSuggestion: Replacethe ground beef and Italian sausage with turkey or soy substitutes for ahealthier option.

Mix the breadcrumbs, gratedparmesan, and basil in a bowl. Place the eggplant in the bowl, turning it toensure even coverage of breading. Sprinkle the shredded parmesan cheese over theeggplant, then drench everything with the tomato sauce.
