Ingredients:
- 1 lb. chicken breast, boneless, skinless
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1/3 C soy sauce
- 1 1/2 T brown sugar
- 1 1/2 T cider Vinegar
- 1 1/2 T rice wine Vinegar
Directions:
- Dump everything into a Ziploc freezer bag and freeze.
- When ready to serve, you can thaw everything or cook frozen.
- Dump into your slow cooker for 4 to 6 hours on low
Orange Ginger Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut up
- 1/4 C orange marmalade
- 1 T honey mustard
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
Directions:
- Dump everything into a Ziploc freezer bag and freeze
- When ready to serve, you can thaw everything or cook frozen
- Dump into your slow cooker for 4 to 6 hours on low
Cranberry Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken breast, boneless, skinless, chopped
- 1/4 C orange juice
- 1/2 C cranberry juice
- 2 T butter
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Garlic Dijon Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. chicken breast, boneless, skinless

- 4 T dijon mustard
- 2 T lime juice

Wine Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. chicken breast, boneless, skinless
- 2/3 C oil
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 2 T minced parsley
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper to taste

Russian Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. chicken breast, boneless, skinless, diced
- 16 oz. Russian salad dressing
- 2 pkgs. dry onion soup
- 2/3 C apricot preserves

Chili Glazed Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. chicken breast, boneless, diced
- 2 T water
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T maple syrup
- 1 T chili powder

- When ready to serve, you can thaw everything or cook frozen

Honey Sesame Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- C beer
- 3 T sesame seeds
- 3 T honey
- 2 T dijon mustard
- tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 3 lbs. pork chops (about 8)
Directions:
- Dump everything into a Ziploc freezer bag and freeze
- When ready to serve, you can thaw everything or cook frozen
- Dump into your slow cooker for 4 to 6 hours on low
Spicy Whiskey Burgers
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs. ground meat (your choice)
- salt and pepper
- 6 T butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 3/4 C whiskey
- 1 1/3 C BBQ sauce
- 1/4 C jalapeno peppers, sliced (jarred works best)
Directions:
- Add everything to a large Ziploc freezer bag and freeze
- When ready to serve, thaw bag 12 to 24 hours ahead of time, remove beef and dump in a large bowl and knead with your hands to re-blend everything and form patties; this should make 10 to 12, depending on the size
- Once thawed and patties are made, grill over medium to high heat to make the best burgers youll ever have
Chicken Bean Tacos
Ingredients:
- 1 lbs. chicken breast or thighs, boneless, skinless
- 3 T taco seasoning
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. crushed coriander seed
- 2 cans black beans
Directions:
- Dump everything into your large Ziploc freezer bag until ready to cook
- When ready to cook, dump ingredients into your slow cooker and dispose of Ziploc baggy or wash to re-use
- Cook everything in slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours on low
- Serve with warm taco shells
Skillet Chicken Cordon Bleu
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. chicken tenders
- C Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 pkg. sliced Canadian bacon
- 1 pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
Directions:
- Heat the skillet with butter
- Add everything but ham and cheese to a baggie and shake well, coating the chicken
- Cook chicken over skillet for 4 minutes or so on each side until cooked
- Add Canadian bacon and cheese over top of chicken and broil for 2 minutes or until your cheese is melted
- Remove from heat and let cool
- You can freeze these in large freezer Ziploc baggies and reheat in the oven for 25 minutes when ready to serve
Sweet Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- C brown sugar
- C ketchup or tomato sauce
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- C milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
- C diced or minced onion
- tsp. ginger
- C oats
Directions:
- Dump everything into your large Ziploc freezer bag and shake and knead in the bag; store in freezer until ready to cook
- When ready to cook, dump ingredients into your slow cooker, form a loaf and dispose of Ziploc baggy or wash to re-use
- Cook everything in slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours on low
