Yu-Che Chen is the director of the Global Digital Governance Lab and associate professor of digital governance in the School of Public Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. His current research interests are collaborative digital governance, big data analytics, cyberinfrastructure, smart city, and digital government performance.
Michael J. Ahn is an assistant professor of public policy and public affairs in UMass Bostons McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies. His research interests include digital government, technological innovations in government, public policy communication, and public affairs education. Michaels current research projects on digital government focus on topics such as civic technology, smart city, technology-enabled government call centers, social media use in government, and the effectiveness of IT training in public administration programs.

Guide
Michael J. Ahn is an assistant professor of public policy and public affairs in UMass Bostons McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies. His research interests include digital government, technological innovations in government, public policy communication, and public affairs education. Michaels current research projects on digital government focus on topics such as civic technology, smart city, technology-enabled government call centers, social media use in government, and the effectiveness of IT training in public administration programs. His articles have appeared in journals, such as Public Administration Review, American Review of Public Administration , and Government Information Quarterly , and he has published internationally in the U.S., Korea, and Japan. Ahn has served as the president of American Society for Public Administration-Massachusetts Chapter and the Northeast Conference on Public Administration (NECoPA) and currently serves as a District 1 Representative for ASPAs national council representing NY, CT, and the New England states.
David F. Andersen is an OLeary and Distinguished Service Professor of Public Administration, Public Policy, and Information Science at Rockefeller College, University at Albany. His work centers on applying system dynamics, systems thinking, and information technology approaches to problems in the public, not-for-profit, and private sectors, especially using group modeling approaches. He has served as a technical consultant to public and not-for-profit agencies in the federal, state, and local sectors as well as corporate clients in North America and Europe. Most recently, he has been working on information standards for bringing sustainable, fair labor, and environmentally friendly products to market in the NAFTA region as part of his Carlos Rico Fulbright Award for 20102011.
