- Here are some magnificent exercises that you can apply in order to get rid of anxiety, stress and fatigue that are considered to be one of the main reasons for premature ejaculation.
- Choose the most suitable exercise for you and do your best in order to practice every day and specially before intercourse.
First exercise
Go to a quiet place and power-off all electronically devices in order to prevent any distraction.
Close your eyes, and move them, up, down, left and right, then make a full circulation for the eyes in order to relax them.
Tap on the edge of the eyes in order to stop thinking of anything.
Try to use relaxation methods, listen to your preferred music in order to help you feel relaxed.
Second exercise
Take a deep inspiration from your nose for four seconds and keep it for two seconds and take the exhalation from your mouth after eight seconds.
Do a massage for your feet in order to relax.
Try to listen to a calm and relaxing music.
Enjoy a bath with salty water for no less than 20 minutes every day in order to get rid of feeling of fatigue. You may also add to this salty water Lavender oil.
Note:
You are advised to get asleep while your head is towards the North and your feet are towards the South in order to be commensurate with the magnetic field of the Earth; in other words, your body has its own magnetic field and doing that may help you to relax and to have a restful sleep. (Use the compass to observe the directions).
Idea No.2: Therapy by controlling Pubococcygeus muscles.
It is considered to be the most important exercise. In other words, 40 % of those who are suffering from premature ejaculation may regain their full sexual power by activation of this exercise alone.
What is the Pubococcygeus and what is the importance that it has?
Pubococcygeus muscles are the internal muscles of the pelvic in which, they are the muscles that hold the pelvic for preventing the feces or the urine when you are not in the toilet.
- Try to keep practicing and exercising this muscle so that you can manage its using during sexual intercourse.
The difference between front and back muscles
Front Pubococcygeus muscles: we use them to prevent inflowing of urine until you go to bathroom. (They are in blue).
Back Pubococcygeus muscles: we use them to prevent inflowing of feces until you go to bathroom. (They are in red).
Try to apply this exercise first on the front and then on the back muscle.
You are to apply tighten and release practice on this muscle 20 times for the first stage and then later for 30 times and after that for 40 times.
You are to tighten the muscle and then hold it while it is still tighten for a period from two to three seconds, have a breathe and then release. Apply this exercise for 60 times.
You are to tighten the muscle and then hold it while it is still tighten for a period of seven seconds. Apply this exercise for 60 times.
You are to tighten the muscle and then hold it while it is still tighten for a period of 15 seconds. Apply this exercise for 60 times.
Idea No.3: Therapy through pulling.
After you practice controlling the front and back muscles of the Pubococcygeus, practice on the pulling down of the testicles during the erection even if you found yourself using your hand at the beginning. You may apply that later by using Pubococcygeus muscles. This will be over and you will never found yourself about to ejaculate because the testicles will move upwards during ejaculation.
