Regina Clarke, PhD is senior technical writer for Noller Communications, Inc., a telecommunications company in Petaluma, CA. For 11 years, she taught at The City University of New York as an assistant professor in English before entering the communications industry in 1985.
As a writer, Ms. Clarke has written on a variety of subjects, including digital telephony, local area networks (LANs), system design and construction. Born in Dagenham, Essex, England, and raised in New England, she now lives with her son in Santa Rosa, CA, where she is active as a volunteer in community planning and development.

William (Bill) Gregory, CFM is manager of corporate facilities management at Kennametal Inc. in Latrobe, PA. Kennametal is a global provider of tooling systems with annual sales of nearly $1 billion and 7,000 employees worldwide. The company has nine U.S. manufacturing locations and nine abroad, in addition to numerous sales, marketing and management facilities. Kennametal is a leader in the market it services, ranking first in the United States and second worldwide.
In addition, Mr. Gregory served as the International Facility Management Association's (IFMA) 1993-1994 president.
At Kennametal, Mr. Gregory is responsible for real estate; corporate building operations; strategic facility planning; corporate environmental, health and safety programs; interior planning; space management; installations; and construction management for all major facility projects. Prior to his current position, Mr. Gregory worked for Kennametal as a project manager and later as a facility manager. He began work with the company in 1974 as a project electrical engineer in the facilities department, and during his employment, assets increased from approximately $15 million to $115 million.
A member of IFMA for 11 years, Mr. Gregory served as international president, international vice president, treasurer, regional vice president (Northeast) and international past president, and is a founding member, past president and program chair of the Greater Pittsburgh Chapter.

Larry Seigel, PE is Regional Manager for Trane Existing Building Services, a division of The Trane Co., where he assists building owners with CFC transition planning, equipment options analysis, containment program development and meeting other challenges. He started with The Trane Co. in 1981, where he launched and subsequently managed the Trane Service company and the CFC Services Division. Mr. Seigel has been involved in more than 20 retrofits and conversions to non-CFC alternative refrigerants, including the country's first commercial conversion at Texaco Heritage Plaza in Houston. He is a registered professional engineer.
