- Divide cottage cheese, smoked salmon, and arugula on the base of 2 bread rolls. Season with black pepper, to taste. - In a shallow glass dish, combine all the ingredients for marinade. Add the beef and let stand for at least 1 hour to absorb flavors.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large non-stick pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the onion and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes or until softened. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm.
- Heat remaining oil and cook the beef, for 2-3 minutes or to your desired doneness.
- Add the onion-bell pepper mixture, fresh cilantro and lime juice. Cook further 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat.
- Serve beef with tortilla and garnish with lime wedges.

- Using the same skillet, heat the remaining oil over medium heat. Stir-fry onion until softened, about 3 minutes.
