Wraps
1. Chicken Mango Wraps
Chicken wraps always make a perfect lunch. However, adding some mangoes and lots of colorful vegetables adds some unique sweetness, crunch, and excitement to each bite.
Prep Time: 20 mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
Peanut ginger dressing:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter (or seed butter)
- 3 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup fish sauce, low-sodium
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, low-sodium
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 to 1 tsp red chili flakes or to taste
Wraps:
- 4 large tortillas, warmed
- 1 cup torn lettuce or baby spinach
- 1 cup shredded or chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 cup mixed shredded or chopped red cabbage, red onion, carrots, and cucumber
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
Lay tortillas on a clean flat surface.
Divide the remaining ingredients into 4 equals and arrange each set on each tortilla. Drizzle with some dressing.
Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling. Then, starting from the side in front of you, roll the tortillas to completely seal the fillings.
Slice the wraps in halves and serve with the remaining dressing.
2. Turkey and Cheddar Wraps
Turkey tastes better than chicken and when combined with cheddar cheese, the taste is elevated for better.
Prep Time: 20 mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
Basil cream dressing:
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Wraps:
- 4 large tortillas, warmed
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 cup chopped cooked turkey
- 4 bacon slices, chopped and cooked
- 1 cup microgreens
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 4 sliced cheddar cheese
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
Lay tortillas on a clean flat surface.
Divide remaining ingredients into 4 equals and arrange each set on each tortilla. Drizzle with some dressing.

3. Chicken Avocado Wraps
This quick-fix wrap comes with some natural creaminess from avocados. It is just right for a speedy lunch.

Ingredients:
Ranch dressing:
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 tsp fresh lemon juice or to taste
- 1 tbsp each minced fresh parsley, chives, and cilantro or dill
- 1 garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Wraps:
- 4 large tortillas, warmed
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 diced small red onion
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
Lay tortillas on a clean flat surface.
Divide the remaining ingredients into 4 equals and arrange each set on each tortilla. Drizzle with some dressing.
Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling. Then, roll the tortillas to completely seal the fillings from the side in front of you.
Slice the wraps in halves and serve with the remaining dressing.
4. Green Turkey Wraps
