Introduction
A sandwich maker can make the best type of sandwiches in the world. While it is very easy and simple to use you can have a meal served in just a few minutes. Gather the ingredients together; layer them on the bread and press. Every ingredient will merge perfectly. This is also perfect if you want to make a sandwich with many ingredients. It presses down the ingredients, which makes it easier to eat and yet the crispy and yet soft bread provides the amazing feeling.
The recipes that you can come up for a pressed sandwich are limitless. You can make many different combinations and you will see that this is true in the recipes that follow. I wrote this book to show you that you can have a decent meal, feeling and mouthwatering just by using this simple appliance.
In this book, you will learn the recipes for the best sandwiches that you can serve as lunch and breakfast. There are amazing desserts too. Some of them can be served in the morning for a sweet and energizing breakfast.
Another reason why you could use your sandwich maker is that the texture can't be achieved with other appliance. You can get something similar to the grill, but not pressed as with the sandwich maker.
The recipes in this book are great for your picnics too. Make your picnic hassle-free with sandwiches that everyone will love. Surprise your family and friends with your new skills and new recipes from this book.
Here is one tip that will help you in making the best sandwich. No one likes a soggy sandwich. When you eat a "regular" sandwich, the bread absorbs the moister. But in this case, it won't be. Use breadcrumbs if you add fish in your sandwich and put the juicy meat in the center.
What about greens? Greens like lettuce, arugula, spinach, etc., are best add after the cooking process. You can add them before but it will lose the taste and it will wilt.
Lastly, always use a knife with a straight edge. The serrated one might destroy your sandwich, while the straight one will ensure the best separation.
