Broccoli Pasta with Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:
Grated cheese (1 cup)
Cooked pasta, reserve the pasta water (450 grams)
Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
Basil leaves (slightly packed) (2 cups)
Olive oil (Extra-virgin) (1 cup)
Garlic cloves (2)
Pine nuts (1/4)
Instructions:
Use a big pot to quickly boil the water.
After adding broccoli in the water, boil it up to 2 minutes.
To avoid the water from draining, transfer the broccoli to a strainer. Put it under fresh running water to stop cooking.
Once again, boil the water and then put your desired pasta in the pot. Cook according to the instructions given on the package. Keep aside a cup of the pasta water.
With a help of a food blender, mix together pine nuts, broccoli, grated cheese, salt, basil, garlic and olive oil until thick. 1 cup saved pasta water, slowly poured in until a lovely sauce forms. Use the reserved pasta water (1 cup) and add it gently in the blender. If the sauce has become too thick, add a spoonful of pasta water once at a time.
Stir the heated pasta with the sauce until it is thoroughly mixed. If necessary, top with additional chili flakes, pine nuts, and cheese. Cherish!
Instant pot marinara with chicken polenta

Skinless-Chicken thighs (boneless) (8) (900 grams)
Chicken stock (4 cups)
Yellow cornmeal (1 cup)
Salt (make sure to divide) (2 teaspoon)
Marinara Sauce (24 ounces)
Instructions:
In a pressure cooker, add chicken thighs along tomato sauce. Also, sprinkle some salt (1 teaspoon) on the mixture, quickly stirring to make everything mixed.
Place the lid on top. Set the pressure cooker to the manual mode. Cook for about 5 minutes on high (maximum pressure).
Allow 10 minutes for the pressure to gradually release. Then, if there's any pressure left, do a fast release.
In a medium saucepan, put the chicken stock for boiling while the chicken is being cooked. Mix in the cornmeal and cook for about 11-13 minutes. Make sure the cornmeal absorbs all the excess liquid. Turn off the heat and mix salt (1 teaspoon). Stir the mixture properly.
Serve with cornmeal to complete the meal.

In the Instant Pot's base, combine the pasta, water, and salt. Put water, salt and pasta in an instant pot. Combine the ingredients well. Tightly lock the lid, and cook the noodles for about 3-4 minutes. To avoid overcooking, release the steam immediately.
