We know there are several donut shops near your place and that youve already picked your favorite, but what happens when you need a donut but dont want to leave the house? We know days are so bad that even moving for a donut doesnt sound like a great idea. To help out on days like those, weve come up with 25 amazing recipes that you can make in your kitchen.

Dutch Doughnuts
In this recipe, Dutch pastry is used, which is very similar to that of doughnuts!
Duration: 2 hours.
Serving Size: 12.
Ingredient List:
- Yeast- 1 tbsp.
- Lukewarm milk- 1 cup
- Flour- 2 cup
- Salt- 2 tsp.
- Egg- 1
- Dried currants- cup
- Raisins- cup
- Apple- 1
- Oil- 1 quart
- Confectioners sugar- 1 cup

Preparation:
Add in the flour, salt, egg, dried currants, raisins, and the sliced apple in a bowl.
Now add in the yeast and knead the dough with the lukewarm milk.
Let the dough rest and rise for about an hour.
Cut into doughnuts with the help of a doughnut cutter.
Heat oil in a fryer and fry in the doughnuts.
Dust with confectioners sugar and serve!
Bacon and Egg Doughnuts
These are savory doughnuts made from bacon and eggs and can be served at breakfast.
Duration: 25 minutes.
Serving Size: 6.
Ingredient List:
- Cold water- 1 cup
- Cold water- 2 tbsp.
- Butter- cup
- Sugar- 2 tbsp.
- Salt- tsp.
- Grated nutmeg- 1/8 tsp.
- Flour- 1 cup
- Vanilla extract- 1 tsp.
- Eggs- 4
- Bacon- 12 strips
- Oil- 2 cups
- Maple syrup- cup

Preparation:
Add in the waters, butter, sugar, salt, and the grated nutmeg in a saucepan.
Reduce your heat to a medium and then add in the flour and mix it.
Remove from heat and now add in the vanilla extract and the eggs one by one.
Form the dough and then refrigerate it for a while.
In another pan, fry the bacon strips until they are cooked.
Cut the bacon strips into small pieces and mix them into the formed dough.
Roll out the dough and cut it into round shapes.
Heat oil in a fryer and drop in spoonfuls from the dough to let them fry.
Drain on a paper towel, drizzle with maple syrup and serve!
Chocolate Doughnuts
These chocolate doughnuts are impossible to resist, and because of the flavor of the rich chocolate, they are amazing!
Duration: 50 minutes.
Serving Size: 4.
Ingredient List:
- Oil- 2 cups
- Crescent roll dough- 16 ounce
- Flour- 2 tbsp.
- Bittersweet chocolate- 9 ounces
- Cream- 1 cup
- Vanilla pudding- 1 cup

Preparation:
Roll out the crescent roll dough on a flat surface and spread flour on it to roll easil y .
Cut the dough into doughnuts using a doughnut cutte r .
Heat oil in a fryer and fry the doughnuts until they turn golden brown from both side s .
Put the vanilla pudding in a piping bag and pipe in the vanilla pudding in the doughnut s .
In a saucepan, add the bittersweet chocolate and the cream to make the ganach e .
Roll the fried doughnuts in the ganache before servin g .
Cornmeal Doughnuts
Made with the cornmeal mix, these doughnuts are perfect for breakfast!
Duration: 20 minutes.
