Introduction
A crockpot is affordable and the best for expensive or cheap meat cuts, while cooking time can vary from slow and long, fast and quick, and overnight. Ultimately, the idea of having the crockpot is to enjoy stress-free cooking, and they do an exceptional job at it.
There are some tips to enjoy cooking with a crockpot:
Do not fill the pot to the top
Cook veggies/greens on low
Add herbs and spices towards the end of the cooking to boost the aroma and flavor of the food.
Never scratch a crockpot, and be careful when using it as a frying pot
Root vegetables will cook longer, so slow cooking works best to retain their form but get them to cook through
Crockpots are your best friend and one kitchen tool you must buy to make cooking fun, flavorful, and fantastic.
Lets work our way through the recipes then.
