Chapter 1: Breakfast Recipes Apple Dumplings Ingredients 1 tbsp. brown sugar 2 small apples 2 tbsp. of each: -Raisins -Melted butter 2 sheets puff pastry Directions 1) Program the Air Fryer to 356F. 2) Peel and remove the core of the apples.
Mix the sugar and raisins. Arrange each apple on one of the pastry sheets and fill with the sugar and raisins mixture. 3) Fold the pastry over until the apple and raisins are fully covered. Place them onto a piece of foil. Brush them with the melted butter. 4) Set the time for 25 minutes and cook until browned to your liking.
Yields: 1-2 Servings Baked Eggs in a Bread Bowl Ingredients 4 large eggs 4 dinner rolls crusty 4 tbsp. of each: -Heavy cream -Mixed herbs for ex. Chopped tarragon, chives parsley Grated parmesan cheese Directions 1) Program the air fryer to 350F. 2) Use a sharp knife to remove the top of each of the rolls setting the tops aside for later. Scoop out some of the bread to form a hole large enough for the egg. 3) Place the rolls in the fryer basket.
Break an egg into the roll and top with the cream and herbs. Sprinkle with some parmesan. 4) Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the egg is set. The bread should be toasted. 5) After 20 minutes, arrange the tops of the bread on the egg and bake a few more minutes to finish the browning process. 6) Let the eggs rest for five minutes.
Serve warm. Yields: 4 Egg Bowls Breakfast Burrito Ingredients 2 eggs 3-4 slices chicken or turkey breast sliced avocado sliced bell pepper 1/8 c. mozzarella cheese grated Pinch of pepper and salt 2 tbsp. salsa 1 tortilla Directions 1) In a small mixing dish, whisk the eggs, and add salt and pepper to your liking. 2) Add the mixture into a small pan/tin and arrange it in the AF basket. 4) When done, transfer the egg from the pan and fill the tortilla. 4) When done, transfer the egg from the pan and fill the tortilla.
Combine all of the ingredients and wrap it, but dont over-stuff. 5) Add a piece of foil to the AF tray and add the burrito. 6) Heat for three minutes at 356F. 7) The cheese will be melted and the tortilla crispy. Garnish as desired and enjoy! Yields: 1-2 Servings Breakfast Frittata Ingredients of 1 Italian sausage 3 eggs 1 tbsp. 2) Add the sausage and tomatoes to the baking pan and cook for five minutes. 3) In a separate container, whisk together the remainder of ingredients. 4) Remove the AF basket and add the eggs spreading evenly. 5) Add back to the fryer and cook for five more minutes. 5) Add back to the fryer and cook for five more minutes.
Yields: 1-2 Servings French Toast Sticks Ingredients 2 gently beaten eggs 2 tbsp. soft butter/margarine 4 slices of bread Cinnamon Salt Ground cloves Nutmeg Icing sugar or maple syrup or both Cooking spray Directions 1) Set the temperature on the air fryer to 356F. 2) Gently whisk the eggs along with the nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, and salt. 3) Add butter to both sides of the bread and slice into strips. 4) Lightly dredge the sticks into the egg mix and add to the basket of the air fryer. 5) Pause the fryer after two minutes, remove the pan, and add some cooking spray to the slices.
