Therefore I will not recommend this approach if you want a long term solution to your problem, but if what you are looking for is a short-term and quick-fix approach then you can go ahead with this.
With the above said, analgesic cream, gals and sprays helps to increase your staying power in bed when applied, by causing your penis to go numb, making you not to feel any sensation around your penis.
