Salad Dressings
Italian Dressing
Serves 1 - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, V,NF 1tsp. olive oil lemon mincedgarlic salt
Yogurt Dressing
Serves 1 - Allergies: SF, GF, EF, NF halfa cup of plain low-fat Greek yogurt or low-fat buttermilk olive oil mincedgarlic salt lemon Occasionally I would add a tsp. of mustard or some herbs like basil,oregano, marjoram, chives, thyme, parsley, dill or mint.
If you like spicy hotfood, add some cayenne in the dressing. It will speed up your metabolism andhave interesting hot spicy effect in cold yogurt or buttermilk.

Serves 1 - Allergies: SF, GF, EF, NF,DF, V 1cup of spinach 1cup of shredded cabbage, sauerkraut or lettuce. Cabbage has more substance. Italianor Yogurt dressing Cayennepepper (optional) Fewsprigs of cilantro (optional) 2spring (green) onions (optional)
Arugula, Quinoa, Pomegranate &Spinach Salad
Serves 2Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, EF, NF 1 cup spinach
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup of low fat feta cheese
1 cup cooked quinoa mixed with 1 tbsp. fresh mint, minced Dressing
: 1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
pinch of black pepper
pinch of sea salt
cloves garlic, minced
Instructions: Mix all ingredients.
Buckwheat,Lettuce & Tomato Salad
Serves 2Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, V, NF 1 cup lettuce
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup of minced tomato
1 cup cooked buckwheat
1 tsp. fresh basil, minced Dressing
: 1 tbsp. olive oil or avocado oil
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
pinch of black pepper
pinch of sea salt
a pinch of oregano
Instructions: Mix all ingredients.

Chicken, Spinach, Blueberries &Avocado Salad
Serves 2Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF 1 cup cubed grilled chicken
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup spinach
1/2 avocado Dressing
: 1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
pinch of black pepper
pinch of sea salt
tbsp. hemp seeds
Instructions: Mix all ingredients. low-fat farmers cheese Pour yogurt dressing into the salad bowl. low-fat farmers cheese Pour yogurt dressing into the salad bowl.
Add farmers cheese andmix thoroughly. Cut spring onions in small pieces and add to the cheese mixtureand mix. Add spinach and cabbage and mix thoroughly. Add spices (optional).
Eggplant, Beans & Beets Salad
Serves 2Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, V, NF 1 cup cubed grilled eggplant
1/2 cup roasted beet
1 cup cooked beans
1 tsp. olive oil or black cumin oil
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
pinch of black pepper
pinch of sea salt
a pinch of thyme and sesame seeds
Instructions: Mix all ingredients.
