Introduction
While we love some vegetarian and vegan dishes, it is undeniable that we love meat. Its just a fact. Were not trying to destroy the environment, we genuinely enjoy meals with meat. And until there is no way around it, were going to continue eating meals with beef, chicken, and fish, at least a few times a week. The problem is, we know you havent been cooking much and its going to take a while for us to get you into the whole home-cooking hype again so lets get started.
To help you out, weve made an entire cookbook based on your three favorite animal proteins: beef, chicken, and fish. Not only are they versatile and easy to cook, but theyre relatively inexpensive too. That means were going to do everything in our power to keep you out of restaurants for a little while. But dont worry, it wont be difficult with our delicious recipes!
With The Carnivores Cookbook, youll master the basics of cooking with beef, chicken, and fish, to power your weeks with delicious home-cooked meals. Weve even broken the cookbook down into three sections to help you decide what youd like to eat and find recipes much faster. In the first chapter, youll learn to make a bunch of beef recipes like Mustard Steak, Jalapeno Steak, and New York Garlic Beef Steak. In chapter two, youll learn to make different chicken recipes like Chicken Satay Steaks, Southern Fried Chicken Steaks, and Tarragon Chicken Steak. Finally, youll learn how to make fish recipes in chapter three like the Halibut Steak Recipe and the Italian Style Grilled Salmon Steaks. So, what will you make today?
All you have to do is open the fridge and see what youve got to work with. Is it empty? No worries, well wait while you go shopping for the ingredients you need because were not going anywhere until we get you cooking and prepping this weeks dinners. Sure, the idea of spending an hour or two in the kitchen might not excite you now but wait until you try the food! Chicken steak with mushroom sauce
This steak recipe is the perfect recipe for autumn and the winter season and can be served with either rice, steamed vegetables or mashed potatoe s .

List of Ingredients:
- Flour- 1 cup
- Cube steaks- 6
- Oil- 1 cup
- Salt- tsp.
- Garlic powder- a pinch
- Black pepper- a pinch
- Onion- 2/3 cup
- Cream of chicken soup- 10.75 ounces
- Mushrooms with juice- 9 ounces
- Water- 5 ounces

Instructions:
Preheat your oven at 375 degrees Fahrenhei t .
Coat your steaks with flou r .
Heat oil in a skillet and fry your chicken steaks until they turn golden brow n .
Now, place these steaks in a baking dish and season them with salt, pepper and garlic powde r .
Sprinkle diced onions from the to p .
In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, the mushroom juice from the can and the water and pour this soup on the steak s .
Bake in the oven until the gravy is thick and bubbl y .

Spanish grilled chicken steaks with parsley and mint sauce
This chicken steak is a Spanish recipe of a steak and is served with a fresh and cool parsley and mint sauce which adds much more flavor to these steak s .
Duration: 30 minutes

List of Ingredients:
- Spanish paprika- 1 tbsp.
- Smoked paprika- 1 tbsp.
- Cumin seeds- 2 tsp.
- Mustard seeds- 2 tsp.
- Fennel seeds- 2 tsp.
- Black pepper- 1 tsp.
- Salt- 2 tsp.
- Chicken breast- 4
- Olive oil- 2 tbsp.
- Mint leaves- 1.5 cups
- Parsley leaves- cup
- Garlic cloves- 6
- Chopped green chiles- 2
- Honey- 2 tbsp.
- Mustard- 2 tbsp.
- Olive oil- 1 cup
- Water- 3 tbsp.
- Salt- a pinch
- Pepper- a pinch

Instructions:
In a bowl, add the Spanish paprika, smoked paprika, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper and the salt and mi x .
Marinate the chicken breasts with this marinade and let it marinate for 6 hour s .
Put olive oil on the griller and heat your griller to medium high hea t .
Grill the chicken breasts on the griller for 6 minutes per sid e .
For the sauce, take a blender and add in the mint leaves, parsley leaves, garlic cloves, chopped green chilies, honey, mustard, olive oil, water, salt and peppe r .
You may add more water if you desire a thinner consistenc y .
Blend all the ingredients and pour over the grilled chicken steak pieces and serv e !
