Introduction
You dont need to pretend anymore; we know its been a while since youve had tuna. The canned stuff doesnt count, so that sandwich you had at the deli the other day doesnt count either. Were talking about the good stuff! It doesnt necessarily have to be fresh, though. As long as it comes in its steak form and has been the least amount of processing possible, were letting it slide from the pan and into your dinner plate!
The first thing you need to do, though, is losing the intimidation you feel when it comes to cooking fish. Yes, we know dry fish is one of the most unpleasant things you can eat - especially when you love seafood so much - but thats not going to happen. With our help, youll master the ins and outs of cooking tuna at home in no time! Within a couple of weeks, youll be wondering why you never tried to cook it at home before and spent so much money on tuna at restaurants.

White Beans Tuna
You will love the taste of white beans in tuna along with vitamin B1 and copper abundance in it, which keeps your bones stronger every day.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 4
Ingredient List:
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Onion (diced) 2
- Garlic cloves (minced) 3
- Chili powder 1 tablespoon
- Chipotle powder 1 tablespoon
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- White beans 1 small can
- Tomatoes (diced) 2
- Tuna fish 1 lb.
- Lime juice 2 tablespoons
- Toppings: cream, cheese, avocado, cilantro (any)

Procedure:
1. Add oil into the frying pan.
2. Mix onion, garlic cloves, lime juice and tuna.
3. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
4. Now add chili powder, cumin powder, chipotle powder, salt and white beans. Mix well.
5. Add sweet potatoes and let it cook for 10 more minutes.
6. Make sure that the ingredients are mixed well.
7. When done, serve and enjoy!
Tuna with Celery
Tuna with celery helps to make your digestion better and you will not have any stomach problems in the future as well.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

- Tuna fish 1 lb.
- Celery 3 stalks chopped
- Garlic cloves 2
- Onion (chopped) 2
- Salt and pepper to taste

1. Add tuna into the frying pan.
2. Mix celery, garlic, salt and pepper, onion and green onion.

- Tuna fish 1 lb.

- Flour 2 tablespoons
- Parmesan cheese (shredded) 2 cups

1. Add butter and onion into the frying pan.
2. Mix mushrooms, tuna fish, garlic cloves, thyme, chicken stock and flour.

6. When ready, sprinkle shredded cheese on it and enjoy!

- Cilantro leaves to garnish
