- 3-4 cups broccoli

- 1 large shallot diced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric

Instructions:
Place ingredients into Dutch oven, bring to a boil, turn down heat, simmer 10-15 minutes

- 1 can low sodium black beans, washed
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 cups of chopped bok choy
- 2 cups worth eggplant, diced
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 can diced carrots and peas
- 1 can small corn ears, washed
- 4-6 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 Tablespoons diced EACH: thyme, parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- 1 cup kale or spinach
- 1 cup shredded chicken thigh
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- 1 can lima beans

- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 cube or packet beef broth
- 1 can cannellini beans, washed
- 1 cup worth sliced sausage
- 1 cup worth broccoli and/or cauliflower
- 1 cup worth fajita style onion and peppers
- Tablespoons EACH: diced basil, diced parsley
- 1 teaspoon EACH: cumin, garlic powder
- teaspoons black pepper
