During the process of self-awareness, your resilience will increase and you will develop the confidence that it takes to be prepared for when bad things happen in life, as they surely will. You will understand that not everything is going to be positive but that you are more than capable to handle these negative situations. Your confidence will increase, and you will change the way that you approach and deal with a crisis and conflicts. This will help make you better able to handle the negative experiences that come your way.

The relationships that you have will become more rewarding, and you will also be able to identify which of these relationships are worth the time and effort that youre investing. These relationships will also allow you to develop skills. You will have confidence in identifying which of these friendships will benefit both you and the other person. As your confidence increases, you will be able to identify the people in your life who make it better, and you will be able to do the same for them.

Self-help and self-awareness will give you direction in life. Your decisions will become easier to make, and you will learn that your goals need to be a priority rather than just a pastime. The idea of quality over quantity will become important and you will begin to gauge every situation and relationship by this. BY understanding the place and value of each decision in life, you will learn to keep the things that create quality. You will understand that more is not always better, but rather the substance that is brought by a decision is always better.
