Introduction
Zoom is a cloud-based video conferencing software you can use to link to someone directly either visually or audio-only, or both, while you're holding live conversations and it helps you to record those sessions for later replay. Approximately half of Fortune 500 corporations using Zoom publicly in 2019 and reached ever higher heights in 2020, with 300 million total Zoom meeting attendees recently recorded. As people talk of zooming, the following words can usually be heard: Zoom Meeting and Zoom Collection. A Zoom Meeting refers to a party where a videoconference is conducted using Zoom. You have to access such meetings via a smartphone or webcam. Whereas a Zoom Room is the internal configuration of facilities that helps organizations to coordinate and arrange zoom Meetings from their conference rooms. In addition to a Zoom membership, Zoom Rooms need additional security, and are an ideal choice for large companies.
In this book we have discussed zoom, its usage guide, its benefits during pandemic for the students, teachers and business industry along with its security and commitment to its users.
Chapter 1: History and Evolution of Meetings
People have had meetings in some way or another since the beginning of secular society. One may argue that the first "meetings" were held around a campfire, debating the preparations of a tribe for the coming season, and where they might go. With time these gatherings shifted into space as people dispersed and built communities. Nevertheless, the technology revolution of the last 60 years has had a dramatic effect on the manner in which people communicate and connect inside and beyond these spaces.

1.1 Meetings then and now
The technology was one of the main driving forces for progress in our culture. Thinking back across history and looking forward to the future, it is clear. Evolving technology has had a tremendous influence from the wellness sector to the construction world, right onto the daily lives of people: one way or another. It affects the way we read, communicate, work, and play. Today, there are fewer face-to-face contact and more face-to-face interactions. Someone walking down a crowded street and noticing how many people using their smartphones will testify to this.
This face-to-screen dimension dramatically impacts how we build rooms. We also found a pattern in all forms of programs, especially workplace and school. Different technology needs / wants to allow for a form of virtual meetings. Live conferencing, instant messaging, screen sharing, and document transfers are only a few non-traditional communication solutions that technology is introducing to the table today. Like something else, those interactive meetings would still have benefits and disadvantages:
Technical
Tourism saves time and resources. A basic long-distance meeting will run up big bucks and take hours between commuting expenses, mileage, and probably even hotels. Technology helps companies and schools to place the money on the table for something else, as they saved time on transport.
It will extend your geographical area. Meeting someone around the world is a lot easier if you just tap into that video conferencing. And where the time gap is 12 conferencing capability. That makes reading body language difficult and making direct eye contact.
It is expensive! It's no wonder high-tech comes with a price tag.
There will also be engineering problems that come with it. This can be difficult to get on a significant conference call 20 minutes late when the meeting machine was having a technical problem.
There have been several design approaches in the past to attempt to solve these drawbacks and to get us closer to the human contact that began around a campfire from the first meeting. Several businesses have created alternative approaches expressly intended to overcome the intrinsic distance from staring at others on the phone, rather than sitting directly across the room. Such "telepresence" rooms frequently try to replicate an in-person conference room, with a number of optical gimmicks such as angled tables or half a table with a computer at the top, but they often fall flat. In addition, with set furniture, there's not much choice to use this space for anything but virtual meetings.
Through the advent of bigger, smaller, and higher quality display screens, we're entering a moment that has always been the focus of science fiction films: wall surfaces are virtual panels, 360-degree augmented reality cameras recreating every place, holograms, etc. Knowing that you could have several people together in a "true" conference room, staring at the person on a computer as if they were seated next to you, it may not sound like such a far-fetched thought. The versatility of not being attached to a single piece of furniture or to a certain range of equipment makes it possible for the end-user to use this space in other respects.
The greatest barrier to that is the expense and the ongoing growth that will still vomit out the next "huge thing." Designing around a concept rather than a particular object could also tend to ease certain fears, meaning that modern equipment may be switched into an existing room without a complete overhaul. At this point, there's no right solution to make the simulated meeting as successful from the human viewpoint as the first "meetings" around a campfire, but progress is coming. And we move incrementally closer to achieving that target with every new growth.
