Introduction
When youre trying to open a bakery of any sort, there are many things you need to buy and get ready before opening day. Industrial ovens, trays for days, cutters, mixers, ingredients, refrigerators, tables, chairs, boxes, bags, and other things we cant even manage to remember. However, the menu is just as important as how well equipped your store is. Even if youre opening up your muffin shop at home, you need a spectacular menu if youre going to round up a lot of customers.
We know youve got some pretty good recipes up your sleeve, but the thing about baked goods is, you always need to have at least one or two surprising flavors on display for your customers to feel excited about coming back for more! While regular vanilla and chocolate are delicious, how are you going to impress your customers? What flavor combinations are you thinking about?

Recipe 1: Easy Carrot Muffins
Total Prep Time: 1 hour
Yield: 24
Ingredient List:
Flour- 2 cups
Baking soda- 2 tsp.
Salt- 1 tsp.
Cinnamon- 1.5 tsp.
Oil- 1 cups
Sugar- 1 cup
Brown sugar- 1 cup
Vanilla extract-1 tsp.
Eggs- 4
Grated carrots- 3 cups
Chopped pecans- 1 cup
Raisins- cup
Cream cheese- 8 ounces
Sugar- 1 cups
Cream- 1/3 cup
Pecans- cup

Instructions:
Preheat your oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl beat the eggs, sugar, brown sugar, oil, vanilla extract and the grated carrots.
Now add the flour, baking soda, salt and the cinnamon. Fold in the chopped pecans.
Add in raisins.
Pour batter into prepared muffin cases and put to bake until cooked.
For the frosting, beat the cream cheese, sugar and cream.
Frost the muffins when cooled. Top with pecans.
Recipe 2: Black Magic Muffins
Total Prep Time: 15 minutes
Yield: 24
Ingredient List:
Sugar- 2 cups
Cocoa powder- cup
Flour- 1 cups
Baking soda- 2 tsp.
Baking powder- 1 tsp.
Salt- 1 tsp.
Eggs- 2
Buttermilk- 1 cup
Oil- cup
Vanilla extract- 1 tsp.
Brewed coffee- 1 cup

Instructions:
Preheat your oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a huge bowl.
Now add the brewed coffee, eggs, buttermilk, oil and the vanilla extract.
Beat well, pour the mixture into prepared muffin cases, and put it to bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Serve!
Recipe 3: Old Fashioned Carrot Muffins
Total Prep Time: 2 hours

Instructions:
Preheat your oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, add the sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, buttermilk, grated carrots, flaked coconut and the crushed pineapple and mix.
Now add the dry ingredients, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and the walnuts.
Mix and pour the batter in a prepared muffin cases and put to bake for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and the confectioners sugar for the frosting.
Frost the muffins once cooled.
Recipe 4: Chocolate Chip Muffins
