Recipe 1: 3-Ingredient Strawberry and Chia Seed Jam
Cooking Time: 15 minutes.
Portion Size: 10.
List of Ingredients:
Strawberries- 250 grams
Chia seeds- 1/3 cup
Maple syrup- cup

Methods:
Wash the strawberries and add them to a food processor.
Blend until strawberry puree is formed.
Add the strawberry puree into a bowl.
Now, mix in the chia seeds and the maple syrup.
Pour into a jar and put in the refrigerator to chill for a few hours.
Use then on a slice of toast or scones.
Serve!
Recipe 2: Shells with White Cheddar
Cooking Time: 20 minutes.
Portion Size: 4
List of Ingredients:
Milk- 2 cups
Shells- 2 cups
White cheddar cheese- 1 cup

Methods:
Add the milk and the shells to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook for about 20 minutes and keep on stirring.
Once the pasta is cooked, remove it from heat and add in the cheddar cheese.
Mix until the cheese is melted.
Serve when cold!
Recipe 3: 3-Ingredient Golden Syrup Pudding
Cooking Time: 10 minutes.
Portion Size: 6.
List of Ingredients:
Defrosted ready puff- 1 sheet
Golden syrup- cup
Milk- cup

Methods:
Place the ready puff on a greased baking dish.
Pour over the golden syrup evenly on the puff pastry.
Start rolling the puff from the edge till the center of it to form a roll.
Pour over the milk on the roll.
Preheat your oven at 220F.
Put the roll to bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Cool and serve!
Recipe 4: 3-Ingredient Mac and Cheese
Cooking Time: 10 minutes.
Portion Size: 2.
List of Ingredients:
Elbow macaroni- 1 cup
Grated cheddar cheese- 2 cups
Milk- 2 cups

Methods:
Pour milk in a saucepan on medium-high heat.
Add in the elbow macaroni and let cook until the milk has thickened and cooked the pasta.
Now, add in the grated cheddar cheese and mix until the cheese has properly melted.
Put into bowls and serve!
Recipe 5: 3-Ingredient Flourless Chocolate Cake
Cooking Time: 15 minutes.
Portion Size: 10.
List of Ingredients:
Eggs, cold- 8
Bittersweet chocolate- 1 lb.
Unsalted butter- 2 sticks

Methods:
Cut your butter into 16 pieces.
Preheat your oven at 325F.
Melt the chocolate and the butter in a saucepan and mix to combine.
In a bowl, beat the eggs until they double in volume.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture slowly and gradually.
Mix to combine the ingredients.
Pour the batter into a prepared pan and put it to bake in preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the cake is done.
Cool, cut into slices, and serve!
Recipe 6: Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Portion Size: 17 to 18
List of Ingredients:
Sugar- 1 cup
Peanut butter- 1 cup
Egg- 1

Methods:
Preheat your oven at 350F.
Mix the sugar, peanut butter, and egg.
Form balls from the mixture and scoop onto parchment paper.
Press down on the mixture and then press again in the opposite direction to form an intersecting pattern.
