Center and stitch one each A rectangle, one B rectangle and one C rectangle together as shown in Figure 1 to make an A-B-C unit. Arrange blocks into seven rows of five blocks each. Sew blocks into rows and sew rows together to complete the quilt center. Press. Stitch one E strip to each side of the quilt center. Press. Press. Press.

Layer and quilt as desired referring to Quilting Basics. Fold the G and H flange strips in half lengthwise, wrong sides together. Matching raw edges, baste a G strip to each side of the quilt top. Baste an H strip to the top and bottom. Bind referring to Quilting Basics. Heres a TipBecause there are a lot of bias edges in this quilt, use sizing or spray starch to stabilize fabrics before starting or while you are making this quilt.
