1. Blue Cheese and Chorizo Casserole
Makes:
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Prep Time: 30 minutes
List of Ingredients:
- 1 medium pizza base
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 cup blue cheese, grated
- 1/2 pound chorizo, crumbled
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 2 tsp. dried onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Prepare a baking dish by greasing it with olive oil and then set it aside.
- Combine all of the lists of ingredients in a large bowl and transfer the mixture onto the prepared dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the veggies are cooked through and the cheese melts down completely.
- Once done, remove the dish from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack for a few minutes.
- Serve hot!
2. Pepperoni Casserole
Makes:

- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 pepperoni slices, chopped
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- Dried oregano and chili flakes for seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
