For thousands of years, women have been complaining about premature ejaculation (he turns over and goes to sleep). Then, finally, someone tried to do something about it: the Kama Sutra, the famous sex manual, was written in India about 2,500 years agobut unfortunately only the royalty had access to the information that I am now going to give you.
Here is a script that has proven successful to train my clients (I have trained thousands of men over the past 24 years.) The Method is taken from a martial arts-related technique of ancient Eastern origin. If you are not comfortable with any of the words, please change them to suit your personality and your relationship. Be natural and playful. Also, read the script over by yourself.
This effective process is a series of steps. You will be encouraging him to self-pleasure as you lead him through the steps. The method involves noticing his levels of arousal, changing his pace, and the types of touch that he does. You will coach him to be sometimes slower and to use different strokes than what he is used to. You will want to allow at least a half-hour but could go on much longer if you both agree.
With your encouragement you will want to strike a balance between clinical coaching and sensuous exploring (helping him to become more aware of his sensations is very important). Be careful to give him just the right amount of physical stimulation enough to keep him going BUT not too much! If you feel that a little sexy talk will help him maintain focus during instruction, by all means, go for it! Your job is to allow him to play the edge i.e., get excited but not so excited he goes over the edge.

Sit down, close your eyes, and take a breathand lets begin. I would like you to think of this time with me as playful coaching. The first part will help with any anxiety you may have. Lucky for usthe relaxation instruction is one simple word: EXHALE. And exhale again and again. Whenever you feel anxiousyou simply pause for a few seconds and exhaleand you will notice immediate relaxation.
This method wants you to become aware of your signals of arousal - because if you are not aware that you are close to ejaculatingyou wont be able to stop in time. I will instruct you on how to control an amazing muscle (the pubococcygeus or PC muscle) in your groin area. With a little practice you can manipulate this muscle so that you can ejaculate only when you wish to. In addition, you will be able to feel pleasure in your body when youre as you are holding off, or controlling coming.
Now let me tell you about this muscle. It is the same muscle that controls urination so you already know about this. Right now, I want you to stand, put your hand below your balls and squeeze the muscle internally to stop that peeing sensation. Lets play around with this muscle. If you squeeze and release, squeeze and release, and continue this way for a little while, you are creating a pulsation that is similar to what happens when you ejaculate.
What you need to do in order to control yourself, is to quickly stop this pulsation. This means you need to squeeze tight and dont let go of this muscle: we call that locking tight. For example, when masturbating you can pause and do this locking and observe what it does to your sensations.
Tell him to lock tight and encourage him to do it a few times, relaxing for a few seconds between.
